Privacy notice
If you pre-register on helloteam.hu, we keep your email address and anything you choose to add, with your consent, until you withdraw it. The site measures without cookies and does not store your IP address. The site is run by the DField Solutions team.

Who handles your data?
The site is run by the DField Solutions team. The name, address and register details of the company providing the service will be published here once it is registered. Until then, for anything about your data, write to us at the site's contact address.
What do we keep when you pre-register?
- Your email address. It is the only required field.
- If you tick that you would like to beta test: your name, your company's name, its size and what you use today. All of these are optional.
- Proof of your consent: the sentence you saw under the button, the time, your IP address and your browser's identifier, and whether you confirmed.
- Where you came from, when the link says so (a campaign's name, say, or the page you signed up on).
We use these to tell you when HelloCRM launches and about the pre-registration offer, and, if you asked, to invite you to the beta. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a), and section 6 of Hungarian Act XLVIII of 2008 on commercial advertising): your sign-up only counts once you click the link in the confirmation email, and until then we send you no offer.
We keep it until you withdraw your consent. You can do that at any time with the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails, or by writing to us; withdrawing does not affect what happened before.
What does the site measure, and what not?
- Which page you view, how far you scroll, which button you press and whether you sent the form. Not what you typed into it, only whether it went through.
- The kind of device, the browser and the operating system in broad groups, and the country and region.
- From your IP address and your browser's identifier we derive a one-way identifier for that day, so that a visitor is counted once. Neither the IP address nor the browser identifier is stored, and the key used is deleted the next day, so two days' visits cannot be linked.
- If your browser asks not to be tracked (Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control), nothing is measured.
- No cookies, and nothing stored in your browser for the measuring. Your choice of a dark or light theme stays in your browser (localStorage) and is not sent to us.
We do this on our legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)): we want to know which pages help and which do not. The data is kept for 13 months and then deleted.
Who else has access?
- Vercel Inc. (United States): helloteam.hu's host. It serves your requests and so sees your IP address. The transfer rests on the standard contractual clauses (the European Commission's model clauses) in its data processing agreement.
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany): the server in Falkenstein where your sign-up and the measurements are kept, in our own HelloCRM.
- The provider that sends our emails: named here as soon as the confirmation and notification emails start going out.
We do not sell data, and we pass it to nobody for advertising.
What are your rights?
You can ask us to show what we hold about you, to correct or erase it, to restrict its use, or to hand it over in a machine-readable form. You can object to the measuring, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. To do any of this, write to us at the site's contact address; we answer within a month.
If you think we have broken these rules, you can complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., naih.hu), or go to court.
And once you use the CRM?
Your HelloCRM account and your company's data are covered by the CRM's own privacy notice, terms and data processing agreement, on app.helloteam.hu.
