Questions

Does it work already, or is it a plan?

It works. The browser version runs today at app.helloteam.hu, and the demo lets you look around a sample company with every module, with no account and no password. Pre-registering is for the official launch and the pre-registration offer.

Why is the core CRM free? What is the catch?

There is none. The core CRM (contacts and companies, deals, customer portal, tasks, calendar, mailboxes, reports and ai assistant) is free, with no time limit and no card; its limits: users: 3, contacts: 2,000, emails / month: 500, storage: 1 gb. We earn from the add-on modules, which you switch on one by one when you need them. When a paid period ends, the company falls back to the free plan and nothing is deleted.

How is it different from MiniCRM.hu?

Our core CRM is free forever; MiniCRM.hu's price page states a free trial for a set period and a custom quote (minicrm.hu/arak, read on 13 October 2026). We price per module from a public price list (published at the launch), and the website builder and the web shop are built in, not separate systems. Can I bring my data over from MiniCRM.hu or Excel?

Yes. The importer reads any CSV (any delimiter and encoding) or XLSX, and recognises other CRMs' exports, MiniCRM.hu's included. It proposes the column mapping and you approve it; imported rows can become contacts, companies, deals and timeline notes, and an import can be undone within 24 hours.

What do pre-registered members get?

The pre-registration offer: Exclusive modules and a 12-month price lock, only for pre-registered members. Pre-registered members get access to modules reserved for them. Exactly which ones, and on what terms, we will tell you by email before the launch. Price lock: for confirmed pre-registered members, the module prices published at the launch do not go up for 12 months. It applies once you have confirmed your email address. The core CRM is free for everybody either way.

Do I need a card?

No. Pre-registering takes an email address, and the core CRM will not ask for a card later either.

What if I want to leave later?

Your data is yours: you can export everything to CSV at any time, and the GDPR tools (portability, erasure) are built in. When you cancel, a module works to the end of the paid period, then switches off without deleting anything.

When does it launch?

We have not announced a date yet. Pre-registrants will hear first, by email.

Is there a mobile or desktop app?

HelloCRM is available in the browser today (https://app.helloteam.hu), on a phone too. Apps for Windows, macOS, iPhone and iPad, and Android are coming soon; none is in a store yet. The same account works on all of them, and HelloTeam ERP (https://erp.helloteam.hu) gets the same apps.
