- Supplier quality: link defects to purchase orders and track supplier claims and credits.
- Automated tasks: assign owners to actions and receive alerts for upcoming or overdue deadlines.
- Quality reports: track recurring defects, pass rates and average resolution times.
- Documented audit trail: keep every change, attached evidence and approval traceable.
