Does HelloCRM have a mobile app?
Not yet: the iPhone, iPad and Android apps are coming soon, and none is in a store. Until then the whole system works in a phone's browser, with a layout made for the phone and a tab bar at the bottom, on the same account.

What can you do on a phone today?
- You open https://app.helloteam.hu in the phone's browser and sign in with the same account as on the computer.
- The layout rearranges for the phone: a tab bar at the bottom, the menu opening from a drawer, and input fields large enough that the phone does not zoom into them.
- Every screen fits a phone's width; an automated test measures this on every page.
- The data is the same as on the computer: there is no separate sync, because you open the same system.
How do you put it on the phone's home screen?

- On an iPhone in Safari: Share, then Add to Home Screen.
- On Android in Chrome: Add to Home screen in the menu.
- The icon is the HelloCRM mark and the system opens in a window of its own, but it is still the browser version.
When are the apps coming?
Details
Apps for Windows, macOS, iPhone and iPad, and Android are being built. No date has been announced, and we will not link to them until they are in a store. The same account will work on all of them, and HelloTeam ERP gets the same apps.
Questions
Do I pay to use it on a phone?
No: using it in a phone's browser is part of every plan, the free one included; the phone is not a separate module.
Does it work without the internet?
HelloCRM works over the network. If the connection drops, a page says there is no network; for safety it keeps no customer data in the phone's cache.
Will there be a desktop app too?
Yes, apps for Windows and macOS are being built too, and they are also coming soon. Until then the computer uses the browser as well, with the same account.
