- Cancelling
- Cancel any time; the module stays until the end of the paid period, and none of your data is deleted.

- Hungarian and English, chosen per user.
- Where it runs
- In the browser today (app.helloteam.hu), on a phone too; Windows, macOS, iPhone and iPad, Android apps coming soon, none in a store yet.
- Where the data is kept
- Germany (Falkenstein), Hetzner, EU: the cloud version of HelloCRM keeps its data and uploaded files in Hetzner's Falkenstein data centre. The Self-hosted plan: the same system on your server.

What does the Field service module do?
- Digital job cards: customer details, fault description, work performed, photos and customer signature in one place.
- Dispatcher calendar: assign jobs per technician, spot scheduling conflicts and view available capacity.
- Field statuses: track who has departed, who has arrived on site and which job is completed.
- Material and parts handling: record parts used from warehouse or van stock and post actual inventory changes.
- Labour and costs: calculate call-out fees, labour hours, material costs and job profitability.
- Invoicing preparation: generate an invoice draft from the approved job card.
- Automated notifications: inform the customer of the appointment window, technician arrival and job completion.
- Recurring maintenance and warranties: manage scheduled preventive visits and warranty repairs.
