- Germany (Falkenstein), Hetzner, EU: the cloud version of HelloCRM keeps its data and uploaded files in Hetzner's Falkenstein data centre. The Self-hosted plan: the same system on your server.

What does the Telemedicine module do?
- A video consultation by appointment: the link is made for you and e-mailed to the patient.
- A doctor has one call at a time; move it and the patient is mailed again.
- The note after the call goes into the chart, and the doctor can prescribe from it (with Healthcare).
