In each cell the small link mark leads to the vendor's own page, and its label gives the day it was read (latest 2026-10-18). "Not stated" means the vendor's public pages do not say; prices and limits are left out because they change often.

Who should pick which?

QlickCRM

It may suit you if these matter (by its own pages):

  • Hungarian interface
  • Számlázz.hu or Billingo, with the NAV reporting
  • A public REST API
  • if your team already works in it

HelloCRMus

It may suit you if these matter:

  • A free plan with no time limit
  • You pay only for what you add
  • A built-in website builder
  • A built-in shop with cart and checkout
  • Data hosted in the EU
  • Can run on your own server
  • Name-day greeting automation
  • Árukereső and Árgép product feeds

The source of each QlickCRM claim is in the table's cells: the vendor's own page and the day it was read (2026-10-18). International reach, the number of integrations and prices were not compared, because they change often.

What exactly do the vendors' own pages say?

Details

QlickCRM's yes answers, with their notes:

  • Hungarian interface
  • Számlázz.hu or Billingo, with the NAV reporting: Számlázz.hu and Billingo, in the Pro plan.
  • A public REST API

Where only HelloCRM (our own product) says yes:

  • A free plan with no time limit: Free, for good, no card: contacts, companies and deals, customer portal, tasks, calendar, mailboxes, reports, ai assistant.
  • You pay only for what you add: 57 modules one by one, monthly, cancel any time; prices coming soon.
  • A built-in website builder: 15 finished multi-page themes, 104 section types, your own domain.
  • A built-in shop with cart and checkout: Cart, stock, card payment, cash on delivery or transfer; an order becomes a contact and a deal.
  • Data hosted in the EU: Germany (Falkenstein), Hetzner, EU: the cloud version's data and files are in Hetzner's Falkenstein data centre.
  • Can run on your own server: The Self-hosted plan: the same system on your server.
  • Name-day greeting automation: From the contact's first name, by the usual Hungarian name-day calendar, through the ordinary mail queue.
  • Árukereső and Árgép product feeds: Árukereső and Árgép feeds, and a Google Merchant Center feed, from the site's own shop.

If your team already works in QlickCRM and your connected tools run there, switching takes work, and that is worth pricing in too.

Where is QlickCRM ahead?

Details

On none of the questions above do QlickCRM's own pages claim something HelloCRM lacks. It may lead elsewhere (the number of integrations or international reach, say); we have not compared those.

What does HelloCRM offer?

Details
  • A free CRM, forever: The core CRM is free, for good, with no card. The other 57 modules are added one by one and cancelled any time; prices coming soon.
  • Hungarian invoicing, NAV-ready: Invoices go out through Számlázz.hu or Billingo, from your own account, and they report them to NAV. The VAT rate, payment terms and hourly rate are your company's own settings.
  • Website and shop built in: 15 finished multi-page themes, 104 section types, your own domain and a link page. A form makes a contact and an order makes a deal, with nothing to wire up.
  • Hungarian holidays and leave: Public holidays, Easter included, are computed; a moved working day is one you enter. Leave is counted in working days and reaches the calendar once approved.
  • Who sees what, record by record: A colleague can be limited to their own customers and deals. The lists, search, reports, exports and the AI assistant all keep to it.
  • The data is yours: Export any time as CSV, hand over everything held about one customer in a click, and erasure really erases. It can run on your own server too.

How do I move from QlickCRM to HelloCRM?

  2. Load it under Contacts → ImportHungarian and English headers are recognised, you map the rest.
  3. Check the preview, then run itYou see what will come in before you start. CSV import is on the free plan too.
