The account's limits depend on the plan; on the free plan: Users: 3, Contacts: 2,000, Emails / month: 500, Storage: 1 GB.
Cancelling
Cancel any time; the module stays until the end of the paid period, and none of your data is deleted.
Languages
Hungarian and English, chosen per user.
Where it runs
In the browser today (app.helloteam.hu), on a phone too; Windows, macOS, iPhone and iPad, Android apps coming soon, none in a store yet.
Where the data is kept
Germany (Falkenstein), Hetzner, EU: the cloud version of HelloCRM keeps its data and uploaded files in Hetzner's Falkenstein data centre. The Self-hosted plan: the same system on your server.

What does the Webshops module do?

  • Orders from WooCommerce, Shopify, ShopRenter and UNAS land here.
  • One order number, one contact, one deal: even on a retry.
  • The buyer is matched to your records by email.
  • Loyalty points on paid orders: taken back on a cancellation or a return.
  • Your own shop sells gift cards too: the buyer picks the value, it is mailed to the recipient once paid, and is redeemable online and at the till.
  • Disconnecting a shop keeps its orders.
