What does Online shop mean?
Behind an online shop are a product catalogue, stock, delivery options and payment methods. Small businesses often use a shop engine such as WooCommerce, Shopify, ShopRenter or UNAS.
When the shop is connected to the CRM, every order becomes a customer record and buyers can be contacted in a targeted way later.
Why does it matter to a small business?
On their own, a shop's orders are just transactions; in the CRM they become a customer base with a history. When every order arrives as a contact and a deal, you can see who buys again, who ordered once and never came back, and whom to tell about a new product. For a small shop that is the difference between winning every buyer afresh and having existing ones come back, so money spent on advertising pays off once rather than again with every order.
What does it look like in practice?
Details
Suppose a coffee roaster in Miskolc sells its beans in a WooCommerce shop. The shop sends a signed notification for every order to the CRM, where the buyer stays one contact, matched by email, however often they order. When the new seasonal coffee arrives, the roaster emails its past buyers about it, not the whole address list.
How does HelloCRM handle it?
Details
HelloCRM takes orders from WooCommerce, Shopify, ShopRenter and UNAS on one signed endpoint and turns them into contacts and deals; the Website module also builds a shop of its own with a cart, stock and card payment.
Module: Webshops (paid module, price coming soon).
A CRM for small businesses in Hungary
