CRM integration
CRM integration connects the CRM to other systems (a webshop, an invoicing service, a calendar, email) so data moves between them without copying by hand.

What does CRM integration mean?
An integration can be a built-in connection (a webshop's orders becoming contacts by themselves, for example), an API through which another program reads and writes, or a webhook with which the CRM announces an event.
Two things are worth checking in any integration: what happens when the same data arrives twice (it must not become two customers), and what happens when the other system is unavailable (does it retry).
Why does it matter to a small business?
In a small business copying by hand is the most expensive work there is: someone retypes the shop order into the spreadsheet, the invoice into the invoicing service, the appointment into the calendar. Every retyping costs time and invites mistakes. After a well-set integration the data goes in once and is the same everywhere.
What does it look like in practice?
Details
Suppose a clothes shop in Győr runs a WooCommerce shop. Without an integration it copies the buyers' addresses into a spreadsheet every evening for the newsletter. With one, each order becomes a contact and a deal by itself, matched on the buyer's email, so a returning buyer is not entered twice.
How does HelloCRM handle it?
Details
HelloCRM takes orders from WooCommerce, Shopify, ShopRenter and UNAS, issues invoices through the company's own Számlázz.hu or Billingo account, sends signed webhooks with retries, offers a REST API with scoped keys on a paid plan, and is reachable by AI clients through an MCP server.
A CRM for small businesses in Hungary
HelloCRM is an online CRM made in Hungary for small and mid-sized businesses there, in Hungarian and English: the core CRM is free for good, with no time limit and no card, and it can be tried without signing up in a demo company full of example data.
